- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. That is to say, be in new condition.
- Please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your items, as soiled items are not refundable.
- Items must retain their original labels and packaging.
- Items must have been purchased at regular prices. Items purchased on sale and/or as part of a promotion are final sales.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned. Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits are final sales.
